Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Zoho Developer with strong expertise in the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, designing business processes, and implementing scalable Zoho-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Design and implement business workflows and automation

- Develop and customize solutions using Deluge scripting

- Build and manage Client Scripts and Widgets

- Handle third-party integrations using APIs and webhooks

- Customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk, with an understanding of other Zoho applications

- Create reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics

- Ensure seamless data flow across Zoho applications

- Troubleshoot issues and provide support

- Optimize system performance

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk; familiarity with other Zoho applications is a plus

- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, with experience in Client Scripts and Zoho Widgets

- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations

- Good understanding of business workflows

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in a technical field such as B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or BCA

- Masters degree such as MCA (preferred)

- Strong foundation in software development, databases, and system design

- Relevant certifications in Zoho or related technologies will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in end-to-end Zoho implementations

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience handling multiple clients

- Strong problem-solving skills

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and client-handling skills

- Stakeholder management and/or experience working with global teams

- Ability to convert requirements into structured processes

- Team player with leadership capabilities
