Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  
• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B distributor accounts across the solar, paints, and batteries industries.
  
• Identify new distribution opportunities, onboard new partners, and ensure seamless onboarding and integration.
  
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor distributor performance, provide sales support, and address operational challenges.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional campaigns with distributor needs and market demands.
  
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and improve positioning.
  
• Train and mentor distributor sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company value propositions.
  
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contractual agreements with distributors.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key distributor stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 1+ year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
  
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing distributor networks and channel partnerships.
  
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, quota attainment, and performance tracking.
  
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
  
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet with distributors and customers.
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Knowledge of solar energy systems, industrial coatings, or battery technologies is a plus.
