Roles & Responsibilities ofLeasing Executive (Real Estate Sales

1. Utilize your existing broker relationships in Noida to source qualified tenant leads.
2. Proactively build new connections within the local broker community.
3. Maintain regular engagement with brokers for consistent deal flow across residential, commercial, and warehouse segments.
4. Schedule and lead property tours for prospective tenants.
5. Present properties effectively, highlighting USPs and addressing tenant queries.
6. Follow up consistently and convert visits into successful lease closures.

Required Skills

Minimum2–5 years ofexperienceinpropertyleasingwithinNoida,acrossresidentialand commercial segments

Established brokerage and corporate network in Noida (not broader Delhi NCR)

Background in Residential, Commercial, or Warehouse Leasing
