Good Knowledge of Weld Equipment (Spot & Mig) based on Process/Part application.
Development of welding fixture, Checking Fixtures & Trials
Development of Body Cell (BIW & Chasis), Sheet Metal Parts, tubular parts and subassy.
New Plant and Machinery Set-up Co-ordination
ECN implementation, Line balancing.
Documentation of APQP, FMEA, SPC & PPAP
Able to give Technical & Presentation skill Training to 2 nd line team.
Knowledge of IATF Standards, TS Documents.
Software Knowledge Good knowledge in NX for Review & Auto-cad for lay outing, also having the
good knowledge in Excel, Power Point, MS Project & SAP
Having good knowledge in Data management system.
IMDS (International material Data system for exporting the Products.)
