Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to hiring. They will handle employer branding, conduct interviews, and manage recruiting activities. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to understand and meet their staffing needs to support AJ Dezines growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Expertise in Employer Branding and creating a positive candidate experience
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
• Strong Recruiting skills particularly within the apparel or retail sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
