What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally with both agency and in-house experience.
• Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Advanced sourcing expertise across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, professional communities, and industry events.
• Ability to build, manage, and forecast robust recruitment pipelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in tech/AI/SaaS environments.
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple role types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
