About the Role

We are hiring someone to give our Agentic Voice Al a personality.

Someone who:

• Is curious about how humans respond to tone, words, and pauses
• Can think like a user and write like a friend
• Isn't afraid to listen to hundreds of real calls to make one script perfect
• Cares deeply about clarity, empathy, and impact
• Can move fast - write test launch learn improve

What will you do

• Understand how Agrim's voice Al fits into journeys — retailer onboarding, support, Agrim Super Star, feedback loo
• Write natural, human-like dialogues that persuade, guide, and delight
• Test them live, listen to recordings, and make them better every week
• Work with Al, product, and data teams to measure results and iterate fast
• Use insights from every call to make the Al sound more human and more effective
