Job Title: Social Media Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to handle the university's social media accounts and online presence. The person should know how to run Meta Ads campaigns, plan new social media strategies, create engaging content, and also have a better understanding of SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow all social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).
  • Plan and create posts, reels, and stories to engage students and promote university activities.
  • Run and monitor Meta Ads campaigns for admissions, events, and brand awareness.
  • Think of new and creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
  • Reply to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
  • Track and report performance of posts and campaigns.
  • Do SEO work like keyword research and content optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Skills Required

  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Creative thinking and strong content ideas.
  • Better knowledge of SEO.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of tools like Photoshop/Illustrator will be an added advantage.
  • Photography and basic videography skills will be an added advantage.

Qualification

  • Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in social media/digital marketing preferred.
