• Domain Experience: Good to have experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/Pharma but again has the priority for these domain experience.

• Working hours: Central European time ( Starting at 1 PM IST OR 2 PM IST)

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant with expertise in ECC, S4HANA Migration, Rollouts, and Data Management.
• The ideal candidate will lead and execute MDM strategies, manage data migration, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills (fluency in English written and verbal communication)
• Strong experience working on SAP implementation, migration, upgrade and support projects (SAP ECC to ECC migration, S/4 HANA)
• Hands on experience working with medium to large scale global implementation projects in complex scenarios.
• Strong experience working with global customer stakeholders, multivendor environments.
• Experience working in company merger, demerger, Carve Out/ TSA exit global project scenarios – is a plus
• Strong understanding and experience in ITIL processes.
• Experience working with tools like – ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana etc.
• Own and manage Master Data Management (MDM) activities for SAP projects.
• De-duplication of Masters
• Lead data migration and cutovers in SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Migration, or Rollouts).
• Establish and implement MDM best practices and data management capabilities.
• Define data management principles, policies, and lifecycle strategies.
• Monitor data quality with consistent metrics and reporting.
• Work with MDM stakeholders to drive data governance and compliance.
• Track and manage MDM objects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for teams on ECC & S/4HANA MDM.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, issue tracking, and dashboard updates.
• Identify risks and process improvements for MDM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 to 10+ years of experience in SAP MDM.
• Strong knowledge of ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Data Migration, and Rollouts.
• Experience in data governance, lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Familiarity with JIRA – KANBAN boards, ticketing tools, and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with the team especially ABAP, Middleware, Functionals.
• Knowledge on Excel is a MUST
• ABAP knowledge is preferable
• SAP training or certifications are an asset
• Team player, with strong communication skills and with a collaborative spirit
• Able to coach, support, train and develop junior consultants
• Customer oriented, result driven & focused on delivering quality
