We at Coforge are hiring a Sitecore Technical Lead with the following skillsets:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using Sitecore CMS.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Customize Sitecore components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and services (e.g., CRM, analytics, marketing automation).
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Sitecore applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with Sitecore best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in web development, with at least 5 years in Sitecore.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore 9.x/10.x, SXA, JSS, and Headless CMS architecture.
• Experience with Sitecore Helix principles and modular architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git, etc.).
• Knowledge of personalization, analytics, and marketing features in Sitecore.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sitecore Developer Certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
