Scrum Master

Objective:

We are currently seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and work alongside product owners and dev leads in agile delivery squads to ensure delivery as we transition HCL Commerce from a monolithic architecture to a composable architecture utilizing Packaged Business Capabilities (PBCs). The role will ensure teams achieve or maintain maturity iteration by iteration, becoming self contained and self sustained as assessed and certified by a maturity assessment model.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile processes and ceremonies for delivery teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
• Guide and coach the team on agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Monitor and report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Promote a positive and productive team environment, encouraging innovation and creativity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience with HCL Commerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with composable commerce and PBCs, with a focus on integrating modular capabilities.
