Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Gurugram. Key responsibilities include designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, conducting market research to identify trends and insights, developing innovative marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and improving customer acquisition efforts. The role requires collaboration with creative teams, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing ad spend, and staying current on industry best practices. Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders is essential for aligning goals and achieving desired results.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and build client relationships
• Experience in Market Research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to implement marketing strategies that drive performance
• Expertise in Marketing Strategy for campaign planning and execution
• Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and metrics to measure campaign success
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
