Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

We at Coforge are hiring ServiceNow Architects with the following skillset:
- Responsible for designing & implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborating with cross - functional teams to understand business requirements & translating them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable ServiceNow configurations.
- Solution Design: Develop & design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and follow best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership & guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic recommendations & ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Documentation: Create & maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and implementation guides.
- Integration: Propose & implement integrations with other systems and tools as needed.
- Governance: Participate in & establish technical governance processes to ensure the quality and consistency of ServiceNow implementations.
- Performance Management: Monitor & optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances, proposing improvements to enhance the end-user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide & mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL Foundation
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (optional)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions & ITIL processes.
- Experience in designing & implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems & recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in architecting & deploying large - scale ServiceNow implementations.
