About The Role

Shellsquare Softwares is seeking a visionary Lead AI Project Manager to spearhead its

AI initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about driving

innovation in Generative AI and Neural AI, leveraging technologies like LLMs, RAG, NLP,

and deep learning.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and mentor the AI team to execute high-impact projects.

 Architect solutions using LLMs, RAG, NLP, and neural network architectures.

 Align AI strategies with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.

 Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies.

 Stay ahead of AI trends and drive continuous innovation.

Required Skills

 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI & Neural AI.

 Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, NLP, and deep learning models.

 Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and

 Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
