What You’ll Do :

• Architect & Build from Scratch : Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-grade AI / ML platform that becomes the backbone for innovation across the company.
• Solve Complex, Real-World Problems : Tackle challenging business scenarios that require advanced machine learning, knowledge representation, and automation—problems that matter at scale.
• Drive End-to-End AI Solutions : Oversee the full lifecycle of AI systems—from data ingestion, model training, and knowledge graph construction to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Champion Engineering Excellence : Define and enforce best practices in ML Ops, CI / CD, testing, and model governance for scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions.
• Collaborate & Inspire : Partner with cross-functional experts across domains, while mentoring and elevating engineering talent to build a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Think Long Term : Contribute to a multi-year journey aimed at fundamentally reshaping business processes and customer experience through intelligent automation.
