We are looking for a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across domains. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
• Source candidates through portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Collaborate closely with department leads to understand hiring requirements
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
• Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT services or product companies)
• Strong understanding of technical skills, job roles, and recruitment trends
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
