Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, in a tech-driven or fast-growing company.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other social medias, network, referrals etc enhancing your ability to source and engage candidates effectively.
• Experience recruiting for a range of corporate and technical roles, with a strong understanding of India and global hiring practices.
• Comfortable working in a global environment; experience with international hiring is a plus.
• A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple open roles at once.
• Facilitate the reconciliation of decisions on applicant status, deliver candidate offers, and stay connected with new hires as they join
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Computers
