Job Profile:
- Safety & security compliance of students, staff & premises
- Facility Management, housekeeping, Security & Admin staff
- Liaising with vendors
- Repair and maintenance of premises
- Managing inventory of stationery and other items
- Liaison with local authorities to ensure hassle-free maintenance of routine operations.
- School event management
- Managing the statutory compliance i.e renewal of documents regarding safety documents etc
- Other miscellaneous and general tasks.
Key Skills
Verbal & Written Communication
Proficiency in computers (Word, XL & emails)
Additional Information
Experience - 4 years plus experience in admin from Corporate, School, or defense services background.
