Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalog Specialist to oversee and optimize our

product catalogue across platforms. The role involves managing product data, ensuring accuracy in

listings, driving content quality, and enhancing discoverability to improve customer experience and

sales.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end catalog management for Shopify platforms.

Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date product information, images, descriptions, and

pricing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (, Merchandising, Marketing, Tech,

Operations) for timely onboarding of products.

Monitor product performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to maximize

visibility and conversions.

Standardize catalogue taxonomy, attributes, and templates for better discoverability. Drive

catalogue hygiene by minimizing errors, duplicates, and inactive SKUs.

Track competitor listings and market trends to enhance catalogue quality.

Manage catalogue-related reporting and MIS for leadership review.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

1-3 years of experience in catalogue management, merchandising, or e-commerce

operations.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with

cataloguing tools.

Eye for detail with strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver within deadlines.
