Vice President of Products

Meritto powers the enrollment infrastructure for institutions — handling millions of student journeys, leads, payments, and integrations, while building a new AI-native product line.

As we scale rapidly and expand globally, we are hiring a VP - Product to lead the next phase of our product journey. We are looking for someone who has seen B2B SaaS scale in India, built enterprise platforms, and understands real-world complexity

This is not a comfort role.

It comes with high accountability on outcomes, working closely with the leadership team and Founder and success will be measured by the business impact driven by product. This role is for someone who wants to build fast, solve hard problems, and operate with urgency.

What You Will Drive

• Define product vision and roadmap
• Lead from early build launch scale
• Drive fast, iterative releases (not heavy PRD cycles)
• Build strong market product feedback loops
• Build and scale a high-performance product team

Enterprise Product & System Thinking

• Build for complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Handle scale, integrations, permissions, compliance
• Design systems that reduce dependency on services-heavy implementation
• Focus on platform thinking, not feature building

Revenue, Adoption & Market Impact

• Partner with Business to win enterprise customers
• Lead product adoption & usage depth
• Lead aster onboarding and time-to-value
• Build clear differentiation vs legacy systems

Who This Role Is For

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management
• Strong experience in enterprise SaaS, large deal cycles, and real deployments
• Proven track record of:
• Scaling enterprise-grade platforms
• Driving adoption at scale
• Working in high-growth environments
