Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Aprimo Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions using the Aprimo platform, focusing on Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Marketing Resource Management (MRM) capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, digital, and IT teams to configure Aprimo workflows, manage digital assets, integrate marketing tools, and optimize marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Aprimo Development & Configuration :
- Develop and configure solutions in Aprimo for DAM and MRM modules.
- Configure asset metadata models, taxonomies, and asset lifecycle workflows in Aprimo DAM.
- Design and implement marketing workflows, approvals, and campaign planning processes in Aprimo MRM.
- Customize templates, forms, and dashboards to support marketing operations.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) :
- Manage asset ingestion, tagging, metadata mapping, and asset governance.
- Implement automated asset workflows including approvals, versioning, and distribution.
- Configure asset search optimization and taxonomy structures.
- Support asset delivery across marketing channels.
Marketing Resource Management (MRM) :
- Configure project management, campaign planning, and budget tracking within Aprimo.
- Implement approval workflows for marketing content and campaigns.
- Manage resource allocation and project tracking modules.
Integration & Automation :
Integrate Aprimo with other enterprise systems such as :
1. Salesforce
2. Adobe Experience Manager
3. Microsoft Dynamics 365
4. Marketing automation platforms.
- Develop API-based integrations and data synchronization between systems.
- Support ETL processes and asset migration.
Support & Optimization :
- Troubleshoot Aprimo platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide enhancements to improve DAM usability and marketing workflows.
- Support platform upgrades and configuration changes.
- Document technical solutions and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
- Strong experience with Aprimo DAM and MRM modules.
- Experience with Aprimo configuration, workflows, metadata schemas, and asset lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration frameworks.
- Experience with scripting or integration technologies (JavaScript, .NET, REST, JSON).
- Familiarity with DAM best practices, taxonomy management, and asset governance.
Marketing Technology Knowledge :
- Understanding of marketing operations and campaign management processes.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of digital asset lifecycle and brand governance.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience integrating Aprimo with CMS, CRM, or PIM systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
- Aprimo certification is a plus.
Experience :
- 6 - 10 years of experience in Aprimo development or DAM/MRM platforms.
- Experience implementing enterprise Digital Asset Management solutions.
- Experience supporting marketing technology ecosystems.
Soft Skills :
- Strong collaboration with marketing and IT stakeholders.
- Analytical problem-solving ability.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
