Scope of Work:

T.P.L. Global is seeking a motivated and experienced Attorney who can assist with U.S. immigration law matters. The ideal candidate will assist the attorney with the preparation of Family Petition, U-Visa, Asylum, Naturalization and other immigration cases for filing with USCIS and EOIR.

Some key responsibilities include:

· Conduct client intakes

· Gather all required documents and evidence from clients

· Draft applications and petitions

· Organize final application packages

· General administrative support as required

Qualifications:

T.P.L. Global is seeking an experienced attorney who can help prepare U.S. immigration law cases. The ideal candidate must be consistently motivated, detail oriented, delivers high-quality work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and fluently speaks, reads and writes in English. A law degree is not required, but the candidate must quickly develop the relevant skills and knowledge to effectively complete the assigned responsibilities.

Also required:

• Displays professionalism, quality service and a 'can do' attitude both within the Firm and with the Firm's clients
• Builds knowledge of the Firm and client processes
• Demonstrates attention to detail and achieves high level of productivity
• Multitasks in a fast-paced environment with competing demands

· Communicates professionally, effectively and accurately with the attorney and with the Firm's clients

· Demonstrates flexibility and initiative

Hours:

The position will be for the night shift which will be filled from Monday-Saturday.

Compensation:

The attorney's compensation will range from INR 4,80,000-6,00,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The Firm requires a 3 year bond.
