We're Hiring: Co-Founder (Finance & Strategy) – With Investment

I'm building Sway and Stride, a premium comfort-wear brand focused on versatile, elevated essentials for women. We are in the growth stage and now looking to bring on a Finance-focused Co-Founder who will take complete ownership of the financial strategy and growth structure of the company.

This is an active co-founder role with capital investment.

Role Overview

You will lead all financial planning, capital allocation, cost structuring, and long-term scalability strategy. This is not an advisory role, it is operational and strategic.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

Build and manage financial models (P&L, cash flow, projections)
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
Forecast growth scenarios and working capital requirements
Define pricing strategy and margin optimization

Fundraising & Capital Management

Structure investment rounds
Prepare investor decks and financial documentation
Lead conversations with potential investors
Manage capital deployment and ROI tracking

Cost & Profitability Control

Track and optimize CAC, ROAS, contribution margin
Oversee logistics, ad spends, inventory costing
Reduce operational leakages
Maintain healthy cash flow cycles

Compliance & Governance

Manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance
Oversee audits and financial reporting
Build clean financial systems for scale

Strategic Decision Making

Evaluate expansion opportunities
Guide market entry strategies
Support operational scaling decisions

Ideal Profile

Strong background in finance, investment banking, startup finance, or CA/CFA
Experience in D2C / retail / e-commerce preferred
Has invested in or scaled businesses before
Strategic thinker with execution ability
Willing to invest capital and build long-term equity

This is for someone who wants to build a scalable fashion brand from the ground up and grow it into a national player.
