Vice President of Global Sales

We are hunting for a B2B Sales Leader for a globally respected manufacturer of insoluble sulfur & specialty chemicals.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our client's Sales & Marketing function globally. The Vice President will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding into new markets, and positioning Company as a preferred global partner in the speciality chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales & marketing team.
• Manage key global accounts and negotiate long-term supply contracts.
• Identify and develop new markets (ASEAN, LATAM, Africa, Eastern Europe).
• Collaborate with R&D and Production for customer-focused product solutions.
• Enhance company's brand visibility and market positioning globally.

Desired Profile:

• MBA in Marketing / International Business; B.Tech (Chemical/Polymers) preferred.
• 20+ years of B2B Sales & Marketing experience, with 8–10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in global account management, exports, and strategic partnerships.
• Exposure to the Tyre / Rubber Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
