IT Recruiter

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Experience : 1-3 Years (Relevant Exp.)

CTC : Upto 3.5 LPA (Based on Interview Performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements for various IT roles.
• Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Good understanding of IT terminologies, technologies, and job roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recruitment certifications (optional but preferred)
