In this role, you will oversee all cloud infrastructure and network-related activities, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. You will be the key point of contact for managing and maintaining the site%27s IT systems, driving innovation, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global infrastructure operations strategy aligned with business goals.

Ensure 24x7 availability, performance, and resilience of infrastructure services

Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics across regions.

Oversee data centre operations, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, storage, and compute.

Lead and mentor a global team of infrastructure professionals and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning and execution

Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers.

Partner with business units, application teams, and senior leadership to align

Lead transformation initiatives including cloud migration, automation, and modernization.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

B achelor%27s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

Strong program management and leadership skills

Experience in managing complex, critical programs

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies including Workplace Services, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), On-Prem solutions and Network.

Familiarity with ITSM, Microsoft, Cisco certifications (preferred).

Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Master%27s degree in information technology or a related discipline.

Certifications in cloud technologies or network management.

Experience with IT project management and strategic planning.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
