Job Title : YouTube Executive
Budget : 3-4 lpa
Role Summary :
We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented YouTube Executive to manage and grow Imarticus Learning's YouTube presence. The ideal candidate will oversee video uploads, optimize content for maximum reach, and ensure all published videos maintain brand quality and accuracy. You'll work closely with our creative, production, and influencer teams to deliver highperforming video content that drives engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage the end-to-end YouTube upload process, including metadata, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and publishing schedules.
2. Optimize video SEO — research and implement the best-performing keywords, titles, and descriptions to boost visibility and reach.
3. Track and analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, CTR, audience retention) and share actionable insights with the marketing team.
4. Coordinate with the creative team for video edits, thumbnails, and content planning.
5. Be actively present during shoots to ensure smooth coordination between production teams and on-screen talent.
6. Conduct quality checks on all videos before publishing to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to content guidelines.
7. Collaborate with freelancers and influencers for video creation, editing, and content amplification.
8. Assist in amplifying YouTube videos across platforms to drive more traffic and engagement.
9. Monitor and verify leads generated from YouTube, ensuring proper tracking, tagging, and reporting to the Team.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree , Mass Communication, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience managing YouTube or digital video content.
3. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content trends.
4. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with video formats, copyright policies, and publishing workflows.
6. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for content accuracy and quality.
7. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
Preferred :
1. Experience working with educational or edtech brands.
2. Basic understanding of video editing tools (Premiere pro, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus.
3. Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and keyword tools.
