Job Title : Paid Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other platforms under the guidance of the Performance Media Manager.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives to achieve defined KPIs.
  • Assist in building media plans and performance roadmaps for education sector campaigns.
  • Support A / B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive incremental improvements.

2. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance across channels against pre-defined KPIs.
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on data and share insights for internal review.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly campaign dashboards for internal teams and client reviews.
  • 3. Cross-functional Support

  • Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure smooth execution of ad assets, landing pages, and campaign communication.
  • Work with the tech / data team to ensure correct tracking setups (UTMs, pixels, events).
  • Support the Performance Media Manager in campaign QA, pacing checks, and budget tracking.
  • 4. Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Assist in preparing performance review decks, insights summaries, and optimization recommendations for client-facing teams.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives and internal strategy guidelines.
  • Qualifications

    Experience :

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media execution.
  • Practical experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is required.
  • Prior exposure to education sector campaigns is a plus (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Skills & Knowledge

  • Understanding of paid advertising fundamentals, including bidding, targeting, audience segmentation, and attribution.
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, spreadsheets).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to interpret performance data.
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate with internal teams across creative, content, and tech.
  • Role Expectations

  • Work directly under the Performance Media Manager and follow structured processes for campaign execution and optimization.
  • Maintain high accuracy in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising best practices, especially for the education category.
