More into query case management o Read understand and analyze client process as per the business rules o Execute full range of the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor o Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues problems o Follow Work Instructions while processing o Highlight any anomalies in Work Instructions process documentation to the SME Leads o Participate in client conference calls where required and manage appropriate documentation o Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control o Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time improved accuracy or enhance controls Manage the labor laws This encompasses interchanges between an employer and an employee and may include discussions on salary benefit packages and employee rights o Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent o Update process metrics on daily basis and maintain MIS o Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service o Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues What are we looking for oWritten and verbal communication oDetail orientation Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed o Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides o Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately in timely fashion o Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data o Activley Participate in team activities Organizational initiatives oCritical Thinking oProblem Management o Knowledge of Employee Org data Mgmt Processes New Hires Exit Job Changes etc o Strong command on written and verbal English language o Knowledge of MS Office Excel Skills would be a plus o Knowledge of Successfactors would be a plus Roles and Responsibilities oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor o You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments o The decisions that you make would impact your own work o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Essentials o 1 -
