Job Title : BIM Modeller MEP – Base Build Architecture & Interior Design Projects

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge in developing detailed models from drawings, sketches and calculations for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services for a diverse range of construction projects, encompassing architectural design, civil engineering elements, interior fit-out and landscape works. The candidate will be required to setup, manage and coordinate models, drawings with other disciplines and work closely with the design team.

Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services from schematic design through construction phases for architecture, interior and landscape design schemes.
• Collaborate closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
• Proficiency in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support to the project team
• Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines
• Follow established BIM execution plans and adhere to project specific documentation. Ensure models follow established standards and goals in the BIM execution plan
• Create discipline specific BIM system families for projects
• Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules and quantity take-offs.
• Ensure in development of coordinated and clash-free models in coordination with the design team.
• Ensure all models comply with project design intent, relevant building codes, standards and project specifications.
• Maintain and organize Revit project files, libraries, and standards.
• Assist in the review of shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract documents.
• Stay updated on the latest Revit software updates, industry trends, and best practices.
