Job Description - Wealth Manager (Family Office).
The Wealth Manager (Family Office) will act as the primary liaison between the Family Office and its client families.
This role is responsible for onboarding new clients and managing relationships with high-net-worth families, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring the seamless delivery of wealth management, investment, estate planning, and lifestyle services.
He will coordinate with internal teams to deliver holistic solutions while maintaining confidentiality and trust.
Key Responsibilities.
- This role is responsible for onboarding new clients and managing relationships with high-net-worth families.
- Anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with family goals and values.
- Collaborate with investment managers, finance, and legal teams to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
- Support families in decision-making around investments, estate planning, and governance.
- Facilitate family meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure timely delivery of financial reports, investment updates, and performance reviews.
- Oversee client onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Monitor service quality and resolve client queries with speed and efficiency.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for investment, philanthropic, and lifestyle services.
- Support the leadership team in growing client relationships and networks.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, legal compliance, and ethical standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of family affairs, investments, and personal matters.
