Interview Process
1st round with HR team.2nd & final round with Operations Manager.Roles & Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and execute social media and PR activities.Developing and strategizing on building a greater presence and engagement of the founders via PR and social media channels.Building thought leadership via compelling content creation.Develop and maintain media relations with key media.Scout and coordinate for events / speakership opportunities etc.Monitor, track, and analyse PR coverage and SM performance.Run media training sessions for key spokespeople where necessary.Timely documentation of PR and Social media activities to generate reports for analysis.Prepare end-to-end PR and social media content (SM posts, Releases, Responses, Quotes, Authored articles, briefing docs, etc).Collaborate with internal and external teams.Own and manage the reputation of the founder concerning the individual and the brand.Experience & Skills Required
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Public Relations and Social Media field. PR agency experience is preferable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure with short deadlines.Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.Should be a go-getter and highly motivated.Should be accountable and responsible for deliverables.Skills Required
