We're building an AI enabled test agent at HyperTest. Engineering teams spend weeks to months trying to test their software better. This eats up hours and hours of valuable dev time that can be used gainfully otherwise. We are building an AI agent that can help developers save all this time and focus on what they know best i.e. build software. Our AI agent is currently set-up across 100+ applications used by hundreds of developers daily.

The Gig

As our new Sales Development Rep, you'll be on the hunting grounds for awesome companies who need our solution. Our vibe Work hard, crush goals, have fun doing it!What You'll Be Doing

• Track down potential customers (no actual stalking required)
• Slide into prospects' DMs (and emails and calls) with our value prop
• Book meetings that don't make people want to 'suddenly have to reschedule'
• Keep our CRM pipeline greased and always flowing
• Hit those targets and ring that sales bell!

What We're Looking For

• Someone who's done this rodeo before (2+ years in sales) for US (North America) and LATAM Market
• Communication skills sharp enough to cut through inbox noise
• Self-starter energy (we don't micromanage!)
• CRM wizardry (or at least the ability to enter data correctly)
• Tech enthusiasm and the ability to learn our product faster than you learn TikTok dances
