As a Procurement Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the Global Procurement department, aligning closely with the strategic procurement team to champion best practices in procurement operations. Your role will be crucial in supporting our business units, ensuring optimal contractual engagements, leading comprehensive tender processes, and enhancing transparency in vendor spend, contract management, and compliance
Job Description
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, streamline operations
- Supplier Onboarding: Manage the supplier onboarding process, ensuring that new suppliers meet all necessary requirements and are integrated smoothly into the procurement system
- Purchase Order Management: Oversee the creation, approval, and monitoring of purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of procurement needs.
- Technology and Innovation: Implement and manage procurement technology tools and systems to drive innovation and efficiency within the procurement process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities support overall business objectives.
Qualifications

- 2+ years experience within Procurement, Vendor Management, or equivalent background
- Strong understanding of Procure to Pay process, including relevant technologies
- Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders are transacted efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across peers to accomplish functional and organizational goals
- Ensures adherence to organization policies and procedures, including those relevant across the Procurement and Vendor Management domains
- Ability to manage workflows, multiple projects, and develop report updates
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI
