Experience : Total 14+ years of experience with min 10 years of SAP experience
Location : Thane
Educational Qualification : Min Graduate with preferably 1st class / 60% & above throughout. Graduation with MCom, CA, CFA, ICWA shall be preferred. SAP Certification in FICO shall be preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
- SAP FI Configuration / process knowledge.
- Min 1 end to end implementation of SAP FI
- Knowledge of Duties & Taxation in business & SAP
- Min 8 years of SAP FI implementation + support experience
- Preferably min 5 yrs of domain experience in retail / CPG / FMCG industry
- Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around bookkeeping, accounts, financial statements, closure of books, depreciation, asset, IND_AS (Indian Accounting Standard) , management, treasury, GAAP, IFRS, SOX, Indian direct / indirect duties / taxes etc
- Knowledge of SDLC, ISO / CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications / knowledge shall be an added advantage
- People management, lead & mentored team of min 5-10 members
- Candidate should be open to work in new dimension areas like integration through CPI, BTP, etc. with digital stack of business processes, explore / evaluate new dimension modules of SAP like S / 4 HANA, BPC, etc.
Knowledge & Skills Required
Hands on SAP configuration & processes of FI, REFX for 8 years, min. Knowledge of CO, S / 4, TRM, BPC will be an added advantageStrength in understanding of business processes / functionalities around bookkeeping, accounts, financial statements, closure of books, depreciation, asset management, treasury, accounting standards, GAAP, IFRS, SOX,Indian direct / indirect duties / taxes etc .Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function.Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & managementEffective resource & time managementKnowledge of Best practices in functionDelivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult / sensitive information tactfully.Should possess good technical understanding and preferably Retail background – understanding of warehouse / supply chain / logistics / c&f is an added plus.Professional Qualities

Primary POC (point of contact) & lead for enhancements, support in & around SAP FI / AA / AM / TRM. Leads maintenance & support, enhancement & project team related to above associated business processes. May have to look into related modules like PM, PS, xECM, SD, tooDesign, customize, configure and testing of FI. Continually review the SAP modules and identify areas for improvement.Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processes and problem managementWork self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior membersDrive & manages maintenance & support, enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs, using resources judiciously & effectively and high productivity. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation / rollback / alternative plans.Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule. Use them judiciously & effectively, ensuring high productivity.Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary).Maintains all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standardsTraining team and end usersEffective testing of changes. Leads testing effortsDoes business process study with the help of a business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
