[Urgent] Technical Product Manager -AI Products

Role : Technical Product Manager - AI Products

Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy and Roadmap Development : Work directly with the founder’s to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Documentation : Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that communicate product specifications and business needs to the development team.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and analyse product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user expectations and business objectives.
• Innovation and Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations that will drive growth and improve user satisfaction.
• Processing and massaging complex business needs and converting them into easy-to-understand functional and nonfunctional requirements that can be consumed easily by the engineering team.
• Manage the product roadmap and ensure that products are aligned with business goals
• Develop and manage product budgets
• Track product performance and make data-driven decisions
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of product progress

Requirements :

Skills :

Education : Any Engineering graduate & MBA from Premium Institutes with experience in product management in an e-commerce industry / IT Product company will be plus.

Experience : Relevant experience as a PM post MBA – 4 to 6 yrs.
