Job descriptionOversee warehousing operations : space utilization, efficiency, safety. Manage dispatch, order fulfillment, and 3PL / logistics partners. Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery targets across D2C and marketplaces. Own operations P&L : control costs, improve margins, manage working capital. Drive efficiencies in BOM, packaging, logistics, and vendor contracts. Monitor and report unit economics (cost per order, fulfillment cost, etc.). Build and maintain MIS dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly reporting. Set up SOPs for supply chain and operations across stakeholders. Track KPIs : inventory turnover, lead times, shrinkage, return % etc. Work closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, and D2C Tech to align supply chain with launches and campaigns. Lead and mentor a growing operations team (warehouse, logistics, supply chain executives). Manage external vendors and negotiate contracts.

Job role :
End-to-end supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and operational execution, ensuring smooth product availability, cost efficiency, and scalable processes. Will be responsible for operations P&L management, MIS reporting, and aligning operations with the company's growth plans.

- End-to-end responsibility for procurement, vendor management, manufacturing coordination.
- Optimize inventory planning & forecasting to ensure availability without overstocking.
- Manage packaging supply chain and ensure on-time replenishment.
