AI Lead Engineer

• Leads the technical implementation of AI solutions, often coordinating and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Acts as the technical expert for specific AI / ML projects, ensuring best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
• Oversees the end-to-end development lifecycle, including prototyping, R&D, deployment, and maintenance of AI / ML systems.
• Translates project requirements into actionable engineering tasks, managing risk, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Acts as the technical interface between business / product stakeholders and the engineering team.
• Drives the adoption of modern engineering workflows (e.g., CI / CD, Agile, cloud deployment).
• Leads the team developing a natural language processing system, ensures model performance, mentors staff, oversees best practices, and coordinates cross-functional bug fixes
