Job descriptionB.E. / B.Tech., M.E. / M.Tech., and Ph.D. in the relevant engineering specialization Master’s degree and Ph.D. in the relevant discipline Minimum 15 years of academic and / or research experience At least 5 years post-Ph.D. in a senior academic or research role Proven record of 10+ research publications in reputed, peer-reviewed journals Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic contributions Strong academic leadership and strategic mindset Proven research capability with a history of funded or impactful projects Effective communication, mentorship, and student engagement skills Ability to contribute to curriculum design, accreditation processes, and departmental development Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, innovation, and inclusion A collaborative and intellectually stimulating academic environment Opportunities to lead and engage in high-impact research initiatives Access to state-of-the-art laboratories, studios, and academic infrastructure Support for professional development, conferences, and international collaboration A vibrant academic community encouraging continuous innovation and growth
