Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Terna Engineering College, located in Navi Mumbai. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conducting research, supervising student projects and theses, participating in curriculum development, and engaging in academic service and administration. The role also involves mentoring students, contributing to the development of departmental strategies, and collaborating with colleagues on research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching experience in engineering or related fields
• Research skills and experience in conducting and publishing research studies
• Experience in curriculum development and academic administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Ph.D. in an engineering discipline or related field
• Experience with industry collaborations and projects is a plus
