This is an investment management firm located in Gurgaon, India, that specializes in developing quantitative trading strategies and their execution through an automated trading infrastructure.

About the Role-

We are looking for highly motivated Quantitative Developers (2024 batch) to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in backend software development, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to explain and reason through the work they have done.

As a Quant Developer, you will primarily work on Python codebases that power our trading systems. You will collaborate with team members on task briefs and receive guidance from senior colleagues. As you gain experience, you’ll be encouraged to take initiative and build a sense of ownership over the projects you contribute to.

Responsibilities-

• Core Development : Contribute to backend Python codebases that support trading and research infrastructure.
• Problem Solving : Work on logical, well-defined problem statements and implement efficient, production-ready solutions.
• Collaboration : Work with quant researchers and developers to integrate new features into the trading framework.
• Ownership : Take responsibility for assigned tasks and progressively own end-to-end delivery for project components.
• Learning & Growth : Develop a strong understanding of our systems, gradually moving from focused tasks to broader contributions across multiple components.

Requirements-

8.5.

○ Strong programming skills in Python.

○ Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOPS and OS concepts.

○ Exposure to databases (SQL / NoSQL) and working with datasets.

○ (Good to have) Experience with distributed systems and network programming.
