Role Overview
We’re hiring a Quantitative Developer to help design, build, and optimize the trading systems that drive our core strategies. You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and quantitative research — implementing models, building execution frameworks, and developing the simulation environments that allow us to test and deploy ideas at scale.
This role is ideal for engineers who love writing fast, reliable code while collaborating directly with traders and researchers to bring strategies from research into production.
What You’ll Do
Implement trading models, execution algorithms, and strategy logic in C++ or Rust with a focus on performance and reliability.
Build data pipelines and research frameworks to test hypotheses on tick-level and order book data.
Develop simulation and backtesting engines to validate strategies under production-like load.
Optimize code paths for throughput and latency, leveraging advanced data structures, CPU cache efficiency, and parallel processing.
Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers to translate mathematical models into performant, testable code.
Monitor and profile trading systems in production, identifying bottlenecks across network, OS, and application layers.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of professional development experience in
C++ and / or Rust .
Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and systems-level programming.
Experience with multithreaded and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with market microstructure, order books, and exchange APIs (crypto or traditional).
Comfort with Linux environments, profiling / debugging tools, and writing production-grade, testable code.
Bonus points for :
Experience in high-frequency trading, quantitative finance, or real-time data systems.
Exposure to Python for data analysis and research.
Knowledge of kernel bypass networking (DPDK, io_uring) and hardware time sync (PTP / NTP).
