We currently have a rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our South Metro home care team.
- Permanent part-time (0.6 or 0.8FTE)
- Involving travel across Rockingham, Mandurah, Peel, Erskine and surrounds.

Your role :
As an Occupational Therapist, you will :
Complete and manage OT referrals across home and centre-based servicesPlan and deliver individual or group therapy programsEducate clients on safe use of aids and equipmentCollaborate with and supervise Therapy AssistantsAttend multidisciplinary meetingsTravel between Bethanie sites based on service demandsMaintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with client care plansAbout You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring :
Full, unrestricted registration with AHPRA as an Occupational TherapistExperience in aged care or community services, particularly supporting clients with dementiaStrong clinical reasoning and a passion for delivering person-centred careThe ability to relate to clients and share knowledge that fosters meaningful changeHigh-level communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong problem-solving capabilities and confidence in decision-makingCapacity to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing prioritiesA collaborative mindset and ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholdersValid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel across South Metro & Peel regionWillingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of BethanieRelevant vaccinations and a current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)What We Offer
