Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring production schedules are met, and managing quality control. Daily tasks include supervising production staff, coordinating with various departments, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining a safe working environment. The Production Manager will also be in charge of budgeting, inventory management, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and quality control
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and resource allocation
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the exhibition design, interiors, or events industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field
