About the Role

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage day-to-day front office operations and ensure a professional, welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Maintain visitor logs, attendance registers, and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate courier dispatch and receipt; maintain related records.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, and facility coordination.
• Support HR / Admin teams with documentation and daily operations.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean and well-organized.
