Role Description

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Core Archive and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to support our enterprise content management and SAP-integrated solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing OpenText Core Archive, OpenText VIM, and related SAP modules.

This role is suitable for both full-time and part-time professionals.

What you'll Work On

• Implement, configure, and support OpenText Core Archive and OpenText VIM solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure end-to-end integration and stable workflows .
• Troubleshoot issues related to document processing, workflows, and VIM exceptions .
• Support and execute content migration from legacy systems (xSuite, on-prem ECM, or similar) into Core Archive.
• Analyse business requirements and create functional specifications and design documentation.
• Manage invoice processing, document workflows, approval cycles, and exception handling within VIM.
• Provide user training , process documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise performance and system usability.
