In this role, youll craft engaging, high-performing content across the entire customer lifecycle, fueling growth by boosting acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

The role :

• Content strategy : Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the research, customer lifecycle and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that supports blogs, marketing campaigns, product rollouts, and customer journeys.
• Spot trend, stay up-to-date with markets and identify trending topics, plan content calendar and maintain MIS.
• Copywriting : Produce persuasive, clear and engaging copy for multiple channels, including blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, in-app messages, social media, video script, presentations and more.
• Ensure every piece reflects our brand voice and is tailored to the right user segment.
• Lifecycle Marketing : Create and optimize content for each stage of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition and retention to engagement.
• Develop messaging that resonates with customers at different touchpoints and drives conversion.
• Growth Initiatives : Work with the growth team to craft content for A / B tests, lead funnels, and other growth experiments.
• Review performance data, draw insights, and iterate on content to improve performance.
• SEO & Analytics : Apply SEO best practices to strengthen visibility, rankings, and organic reach.
• Track content performance through analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve critical metrics.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with research, designers, marketers, product managers, and other collaborators to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers as needed.
