About Us

Coderfarm is a dynamic startup on a mission to build the ultimate hiring platform for IT talent. We're moving fast, thinking big, and need a content powerhouse to help tell our story and build our community. We are based in Pardeshipura, Indore, and this is an in-office role.

This Isn't a Typical Internship

We are NOT looking for someone who needs a checklist and constant guidance.

We ARE looking for a 'startup-ready' self-starter. We want a creative and proactive thinker who will bring new ideas to the table, not just wait for instructions. You're not just an intern; you're a core part of the content strategy from day one.

If you're looking to just 'do tasks,' this isn't for you. If you want to take ownership, experiment, and make a real impact, let's talk.

What You'll Actually Do (Your Mission)

  • Be the Idea Engine : Brainstorm and pitch fresh, innovative content ideas for our key platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Blog, etc.). We want your ideas.
  • Own the Strategy : Help develop and manage our content calendar. You'll decide what we post, when, and why.
  • Create & Manage : Write, design, and produce compelling content (articles, video scripts, social media posts, case studies).
  • Analyze & Adapt : Track what's working (and what's not) and use that data to make our content even better.
  • Drive Outreach : This isn't just creating—it's promoting. You'll help with content distribution, community engagement, and building relationships to get our content seen.

  • You're a Self-Starter : You have a high degree of independence and can manage your own time and projects.
  • You're an Idea Factory : You're naturally curious and creative, always thinking of new ways to tell a story or engage an audience.
  • You're a Strategic Thinker : You can see the bigger picture and understand how content connects to business goals.
  • You're an Owner : You take pride in your work and are driven to get results.
  • You're an Excellent Communicator : You have strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus Points : You have a portfolio (even a personal blog or a well-managed social media account) that shows off your skills.
