Role & Responsibilities:

• Understand all aspects of assigned US Health and Welfare in order to effectively provide customer service.
• Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
• Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
• Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
• Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.
