We are hiring a Senior Account Executive for one of our reputed clients based in Ahmedabad.

Position: Senior Account Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant who can manage daily financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations using Tally, Zoho Books, and other accounting tools
• Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Ensure timely and accurate GST filing & reconciliation
• Handle TDS calculations, payments, and returns
• Assist in audit preparation and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial planning and reporting

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Profile:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in IT services company will be an added advantage

Qualification:

• Post-Graduation (M.Com, MBA – Finance, or equivalent)
• CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred)
